Returns Our Outlet Prices are Crazy Low. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for items in the Outlet Store.

We are happy to offer a refund on any items returned to us within 14 days, provided that we receive it unwashed, unworn and with the original tags attached.

Please do not hesitate to contact us here if you wish to discuss any of our returns or postage policies, we are happy to help and are very friendly.

Please make sure that briefs and thongs etc. are tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we will refuse returns where it is obvious this hasn't been done.

Simply fill in the returns form, enclose it with the unwanted goods,using the peel off address label provided with the invoice.

All our garments are carefully inspected before we send them out. However if you feel your purchase is faulty, we request you contact us and we will sort the problem as quickly as possible.

Refunds are always credited to the original method of payment Paypal.

Please note that unless an item is faulty, or not as ordered, you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. We also recommend you obtain free proof of postage from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive.

SOAK items are not eligible for a refund.
Gift Boxes are not eligible for refund.
Please be aware that postage and packing is not refundable.

For hygiene reasons we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges on any hosiery products, unless they are faulty and returned within 30 days of purchase.

Violet's Knickers will not accept responsibility for the loss of packages or products returned which have been mislabelled or lost.

Dispatched goods are not deemed as lost by Royal Mail until 15 working days have passed from date of dispatch for UK orders and 28 working days for overseas orders.
